House Democrat Predicts That Mueller Will Indict Jared Kushner and Donald Trump Jr.

taught him, the investigators, that’s unfortunate. Robert Mueller is an American hero, Donald Trump is not.>>All of a sudden the president’s personal attorney Rudy Giuliani telling CNN that he doesn’t know if collusion with Russians is even a crime. What do you think of this new line?>>Well, I think they’re getting closer to knowing that the truth is going to come out, that there was activities with trump campaign in Russia and releasing the takes and guiding them to the states and localities where they came from. Some of that was Jared Kushner’s activities. Some was Donald Jr. I think you’re going to see inindictments of both of those people.>>Actual indictments from Mueller specifically against who?>>Against Donald Jr. And against Jared Kushner.>>You think both of them are going to be indicted by Mueller?>>I think that’s entirely possible and I think the president is going to go totally off his rocker, not that he’s on it now, and then issue pardons.>>What kind of charges could be leveled?>>Well, I I this they were probably the people that were in connection with the Russians and in conspiracy to affect the elections.>>But do you have specific evidence that — it’s a very serious charge.>>It’s a serious charge, wolf. The tablets will show whether I’m correct or not. I believe I am correct. If you see it, if it walks like

  1. And balls sweat in the summer… Bing bing bong bong!
Tell me when it happens, not it might. We know he's guilty.

  2. Come ON ALREADY LETS GET THE SHOW ON THE ROAD what more do you need and how can the Prez pardon his sons & himself is that even legal ????????

  3. On top of the Supreme Court having to clarify that a president cannot pardon himself, the Supreme Court might find itself having to answer whether a president can pardon co-conspirators with whom he conspired with.

The answer to the first legal question seems clear cut that he can’t pardon himself, but it’s just never needed to be tested. The second legal question is less clear cut, though even that might result in a verdict in the negative, that he can’t.

It’s sad that the United States is in a position where there is a sitting president which might give reason for the Supreme Court to even have to answer either of those two legal questions.
